What is UTBox?
It is an internet based business that will send all your faxes to you via email, as PDF documents. This is often referred to as Internet Fax or Email to Fax. When you want to send a fax, basically anything you can email you can fax. You can send scanned images, document attachments, PDFs or just plain emails to UTbox. They will then convert them to real faxes and send to your recipient's fax number. To receive faxes UTBox give you a normal fax number that people can send to and you receive your faxes via email. It's pretty simple.
How much does it cost?
An annual account subscription to UTBox is around $50 - but the best part about that is you receive $50 worth of credit. At a charge rate of $0.25 per fax, if you send less than 200 faxes per year you pay no more!
At Artful, we normally don't use up all of our credit in one year. We hardly send or receive any faxes these days. It doesn't matter, we still save heaps as opposed to renting a line from Telstra. The main thing is we still can get faxes when we need to. When we looked around UTBox were the cheapest and we found them really helpful in setting up. Since then, its just worked no problem.
