The Vic Govt has committed 316 Million dollars to up-skilling the workforce of Victoria. This basically translates to free or cheap training for small business people and their employees.
Its a good opportunity to gain skills for yourself or employees (even contractors are eligible). There are training subsidies, in-house training opportunities and even cash incentives of up to $4000 per worker offered to small businesses whose contractors and employees do in-house training that leads to accredited qualification
